Overtown Youth Center is proud to announce our two newest Board of Directors, Rashmi Airan and Cristal Cole.

Rashmi Airan is a corporate and motivational speaker, whose has extensive experience, as well as knowledge in corporate and government law. Ms. Airan personal life experiences provided her with powerful discernment, which has shaped her into the dynamic person she is today. With a deep understanding of overcoming obstacles, Ms. Airan currently serves as an Ethics and Keynote and Consultant for Ethics Integrated, LLC.

Cristal Cole, an accomplished bilingual Public Policy Manger with more than 15 years of experience, has a proven track record with state legislations, outside consultants and trade associations. Actively involved in our community, Ms. Cole serves on a plethora of boards, including the Orange Bowl Committee, The Links, and Friends of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, just to mention a few. Currently, Ms. Cole works for Amazon as their Public Policy Lead for the Southeaster US and Puerto Rico.

Both, Ms. Airan and Ms. Cole bring vast professional and personal experiences, insightful knowledge and a true passion to serve with the Overtown Youth Center. We are honored to welcome them to our Board of Directors and look forward to working alongside them to better enhance the programming and services we provide to those in our community.
