The energy in the OYC Miami gym was electric as we closed out summer programming with one of our most spirited traditions—the Chant Off! This high-energy competition brought together our elementary, middle school, and high school groups to showcase their pride, creativity, and teamwork through original chants that filled the room with rhythm and spirit.

Each team brought their A-game, using movement, volume, and unity to win over the judges and the crowd. From the youngest voices in elementary to the bold energy of our high schoolers, every chant told a story of friendship, fun, and summer memories. But in the end, it was our middle school crew that claimed the victory—earning bragging rights until next summer’s showdown.

The Chant Off was more than just a fun competition; it was a celebration of the confidence, collaboration, and community spirit our youth built over the summer. And if this year’s performance is any indication, next year’s contest will be louder, prouder, and even more unforgettable.
