OYC Miami had the honor of hosting a championship moment…literally! 🏆📚
As part of the College Football Playoff National Championship festivities, the iconic trophy made a special stop at our campus thanks to @att the presenting sponsor of the game and longtime supporter of our Community Learning Center.
This unforgettable afternoon brought together students, teachers, AT&t officials, City of Miami Chairwoman Christine King and community members to celebrate the power of education and the incredible impact educators make every day. Guests enjoyed refreshments, snapped photos with the championship trophy, and met the spirited Extra Yard for Teachers mascot, all while recognizing the role of schools and community spaces in shaping future champions.
We’re proud to be part of the Championship Road and even prouder of the champions we’re building right here in Overtown.

OYC Miami welcomed local church leaders for Congregate for Health, an inspiring engagement focused on advancing access and awareness through our Health and Wellness Pillar.
Guests explored the @onmedcarestation , our on-site telehealth kiosk, and learned how OYC is connecting communities and providing access to health and wellness services. This initiative reflects the power of partnership and shared purpose in creating a healthier, more informed communities. 💙

As we close out the year, we’re filled with pride and gratitude for everything OYC Miami has accomplished in 2025. From expanding programs and hosting unforgettable community events to championing youth, families, and adults across South Florida, this year has been a powerful reflection of purpose, passion, and progress.
