Youth Internship Program

The Youth Internship Program provides young people ages 14–25 with paid work experiences that help build professional skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for long-term success in the workforce. Participants gain hands-on experience across a variety of industries while developing workplace readiness skills such as communication, professionalism, teamwork, financial literacy, and time management.

OYC Miami works closely with employers and community partners to secure meaningful placements, provide ongoing support, and ensure each internship experience aligns with participants’ interests and career goals. All internships and job placements are paid, allowing students to earn income while gaining valuable real-world experience.
