About the Program
The United in Finance Program is a bilingual workforce development initiative that prepares participants for careers in banking, financial services, and related industries. Through a structured training curriculum, participants build industry-specific knowledge while strengthening professional skills such as customer service, communication, interviewing, networking, and workplace professionalism.
In addition to classroom instruction, participants receive individualized support including resume development, job application assistance, career coaching, and mock interview preparation. The program is designed to increase employment readiness and create pathways to sustainable careers within the financial services sector.
