As part of OYC Miami’s ongoing Lunch and Learn Series, we were honored to welcome Rashmi Airan for an inspiring and thought-provoking session on uncovering our WHY—the driving force behind what we do—and identifying the values that guide our actions.

Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, participants explored how trust and honesty form the foundation of deep, lasting relationships—both personally and professionally. Rashmi encouraged us to think critically about how aligning our purpose with our daily actions not only strengthens our own sense of direction but also empowers us to create a greater impact in the lives of those we serve.

The session reminded us that when we lead with clarity, authenticity, and intention, we can inspire others, build stronger connections, and remain anchored to the mission that drives our work at OYC Miami.
