Services offered within the Education Pillar include in-school services and after school program services during the academic year inclusive of mentoring, enrichment, and academic support.
OYC Miami’s Enrichment and Exposure programs help students discover new interests, develop leadership skills, and explore opportunities beyond the classroom. Through hands-on learning experiences, cultural enrichment, civic engagement, STEM exploration, summer programming, mentoring, and leadership development, students gain the knowledge, confidence, and exposure needed to broaden their horizons and prepare for future success.
These programs are designed to complement academic learning while helping young people build critical life skills, explore career interests, engage with their communities, and develop meaningful relationships with peers and mentors.
