Band of Brothers

Band of Brothers is OYC Miami’s signature mentoring and leadership development program for boys and young men. Through mentorship, character development, leadership training, conflict resolution, academic support, and community engagement, participants develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in school, relationships, and future careers.

Students build meaningful connections with mentors and community leaders through workshops, service projects, exposure opportunities, and the annual Band of Brothers Summit. The program focuses on empowering young men to become responsible leaders who positively impact their families, schools, and communities.
