This summer, OYC Miami proudly partnered with Bank of America for another impactful cycle of our Summer Internship Program—and two of our incredible student interns truly stood out. Isaiah and Sheyla represented OYC with excellence, professionalism, and drive during their internships, earning nominations for the FCIP Summer Internship 2025 Star Award!

These young leaders not only gained real-world work experience, but also left a lasting impression through their dedication and growth. Their success is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when community partnerships provide access, opportunity, and support.
