Services offered within the Education Pillar include in-school services and after school program services during the academic year inclusive of mentoring, enrichment, and academic support.
OYC Miami’s Economic Sustainability programs help youth, young adults, and families build the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to achieve long-term financial stability and career success. Through college and career readiness, workforce development, paid internships, financial literacy education, and industry-specific training programs, participants are equipped to pursue meaningful educational and employment opportunities.
These programs are designed to create clear pathways toward postsecondary education, career advancement, and economic mobility while helping participants develop the confidence and practical skills needed to thrive in today’s workforce.
